Lavender – Its scent is strong, charismatic, and intensely botanical—underlying its floral sweetness are green and spicy notes, which combine to give lavender a somewhat woody, herbal quality. Balances the fourth charka – heart chakra; fifth chakra – throat chakra; sixth chakra – third eye; seventh chakra – crown chakra.
Lavender gives mental stability and counteracts mood swings, ensures balance in the night; diminishes anger; supports mental exhaustion; and has an antidepressant effect. It protects against too much sensitivity and emotions that come to people from the outside world.
Rosemary – Rosemary smells woody, herbal, refreshes and uplifts the psyche. It stimulates the third chakra / solar plexus; balances the fifth chakra – throat chakra.
