• The prices of the soaps are calculated per gram of weight. Extended info here.
• The prices of the imported herbs, essential oils, and other oils, as shown on their page on this website, are all-in: the product, the postal charges to send these from Crete to Norway, and the costs for VAT.
• The costs of the shipping-carton-box and the additional packing equipment are 10 NOK, and are not included in the price as shown on the respective page.
• Shipping costs from Cretan-Garden to your address are not included in the prices of the Cretan-Garden products.

  • We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. Depending on the shipping method, this contains a Track & Trace code with which you can track your order.
  • Cretan-Garden is not responsible for loss and/or damage to goods during shipment.
  • If your order cannot be delivered by the carrier, for example, because the address is incorrect, and it is returned to us, we offer you the option of resending your order at your own expense.

• It is possible that an article is sold out before it is adjusted in the store. In that case, you will receive a message, so that you, if you wish, want to make a different choice or cancel the order.

• All soap is handmade, every bar of soap is different from the other, so the product you receive may differ from the images you see on the website.
• Because the soap loaves are cut manually with a simple device, so, not with a machine, the soap bars show imperfections but at the same time guaranteeing that all is handcrafted. Because of this each bar of soap has a different weight: reason to calculate the price per gram. More here.
• Cretan Garden is not responsible for incorrect and/or unreasonable use of the items.
• Cretan Garden reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Cretan-Garden is not responsible for typographical and printing errors on this website, packaging and promotional materials.

• Orders can be returned. This can be done within 14 days of receipt and at your own expense. We can only take back products in their original unpacked condition. Before returning orders, we would like to receive an email from you with all the information and pictures about the order.
